Finley Collection Africa (based along Mombasa Road) is looking for energetic and goal-driven Debt Collection Agents to join our call center team!
Role:
Calling clients who have taken loans through mobile loan apps, banks, and SACCOs to assist in repayment follow-ups.
Qualifications & Experience
- KCSE, Diploma, or Degree in any course
- Location: Preference for those living along or near Mombasa Road for easier commute
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and collaboration skills
Interviews: Friday 5th June 9.00Am.
