ROLE OVERVIEW:
The Debt Collection Agent will be responsible for following up on overdue accounts through calls, emails, SMS, and client visits. The role involves negotiating repayment plans and settlements in line with company policies and ensuring effective recovery of outstanding debts.
Qualifications & Experience
- KCSE Certificate (minimum)
- Computer literacy (Mandatory)
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good problem-solving abilities
