Data Entry Clerk – Stationery Division Job Kenafric

Role Overview:
The Data Entry Clerk is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely data entry into the system to support production and inventory processes. This role involves preparing, compiling, and entering data, reviewing it for accuracy, and generating reports to assist with operations and decision-making. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, organized, and proficient with ERP systems and data management tools.
Responsibilities:
- Raising reservations for Raw Material and Packaging Materials.
- Processing and Closing orders on Time.
- Timely Finished Goods Posting.
- Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any inconsistencies where possible, and verify the final output.
- Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry.
- Managing the indent sheet.
- Assisting where required on weekly and input-output reports.
- Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations and perform regular backup operations.
- Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications:
- Diploma in IT or business related field.
- Minimum Experience: At least 2 Years relevant Experience.
Key Skills:
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP.
- Proficiency in computer applications (MS Office)
- Basic understanding of data analysis and reporting tools.
- Honesty, Integrity and ethics.
- Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
