Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Communication, Marketing, Customer Service, or a related field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude
- Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with digital communication platforms.
