Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints via phone and email.
- Provide updates on shipments and cargo movements.
- Prepare manifests and pre-alert documents for imports and exports.
- Follow up on quotations and support telesales efforts.
- Maintain accurate customer records and communication logs.
- Coordinate with transshipment offices on BL status updates.
Ideal Candidate
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to multitask and pay close attention to detail.
- Experience in shipping, logistics, or freight forwarding is an added advantage.
