Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries and complaints via phone and email.
Provide updates on shipments and cargo movements.
Prepare manifests and pre-alert documents for imports and exports.
Follow up on quotations and support telesales efforts.
Maintain accurate customer records and communication logs.
Coordinate with transshipment offices on BL status updates.

Ideal Candidate

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service orientation.
Ability to multitask and pay close attention to detail.
Experience in shipping, logistics, or freight forwarding is an added advantage.
