We are looking for a motivated and experienced Client Relationship Officer (CRO) to join our team. You will be responsible for managing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers. You will communicate with our customers in a professional and courteous manner, as well as resolve customer issues and complaints.
Qualifications & Experience
- Strong team player who leads by example, listens actively, and builds trust and long-lasting relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong sense of ownership, thriving in environments that offer freedom balanced with accountability and responsibility.
- Self-driven, highly organised, and able to work independently towards set targets.
- Entry-level role with limited prior experience required; intensive on-the-job training will be provided.
- Willingness to live and work in the designated areas.
- Strong command of English and Swahili; knowledge of local languages is a strong advantage
- Must have excellent customer service skills to provide the best possible support and service to clients.
- Excellent computer skills, especially with MS Excel and Word
- Strong interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work well in a team environment and in a fast-paced environment

- Shows perseverance, personal integrity, and critical thinking skills
