Business Development Executive Job (20K)
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Market Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities for the firm’s legal services.
- Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, and digital platforms.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and emerging opportunities.
- Support the expansion of the firm’s client base and revenue streams.
Client Relationship Management
- Act as a bridge between the firm’s legal expertise and the commercial market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
- Handle client inquiries and provide timely follow-ups.
- Develop long-term partnerships by delivering value-driven solutions.
Marketing & Brand Promotion
- Execute the firm’s marketing strategies to enhance visibility and brand awareness.
- Support the development of promotional materials, campaigns, and events.
- Collaborate with the legal team to tailor marketing messages to client needs.
- Monitor competitor activities and recommend innovative marketing approaches.
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Drive sales of legal services by converting leads into paying clients.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
- Track sales performance and report progress to management.
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities.
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly business development reports.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve sales and marketing effectiveness.
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in services sales and marketing (preferably professional services).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.
- Passionate, innovative, and customer-centric mindset.
