Lead Generation & Market Development

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities for the firm’s legal services.
  • Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, and digital platforms.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and emerging opportunities.
  • Support the expansion of the firm’s client base and revenue streams.

Client Relationship Management

  • Act as a bridge between the firm’s legal expertise and the commercial market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Handle client inquiries and provide timely follow-ups.
  • Develop long-term partnerships by delivering value-driven solutions.

Marketing & Brand Promotion

  • Execute the firm’s marketing strategies to enhance visibility and brand awareness.
  • Support the development of promotional materials, campaigns, and events.
  • Collaborate with the legal team to tailor marketing messages to client needs.
  • Monitor competitor activities and recommend innovative marketing approaches.

Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Drive sales of legal services by converting leads into paying clients.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Prepare proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Track sales performance and report progress to management.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities.
  • Prepare and submit weekly and monthly business development reports.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve sales and marketing effectiveness.
  • Degree in Business AdministrationSales and Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in services sales and marketing (preferably professional services).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.
  • Passionate, innovative, and customer-centric mindset.
