Responsibilities:
- Support the planning and rollout of monthly marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels, while staying true to our brand guidelines.
- Help develop content for social media, emailers, and the website.
- Assist in bringing creative ideas to life, following the process from concept through to production.
- Research market trends, competitor activity, and our audiences to help sharpen our campaigns.
- Assist in coordinating photo and video shoots for brand and product campaigns, including on-the-day support.
- Analyse social media and digital performance data, drawing out insights that help us do better.
- Work with the sales team to ensure marketing and commercial efforts are aligned.
- Help maintain content calendars, marketing databases, and campaign trackers
- Keep an eye on emerging trends and fresh ideas and bring them back to the team.
Requirements:
- An undergraduate degree in any discipline. We care more about your attitude and curiosity than your specific major.
- A genuine interest in brand, marketing, and how businesses communicate with their audiences.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a good eye for detail.
- Well organised, reliable, and comfortable managing multiple tasks.
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); any experience with Canva, social media tools, or analytics platforms is a welcome bonus.
