Brand Activation Team Leaders- Coast Job Promasidor

Job Summary:
We are seeking experienced, energetic and results-driven Brand Activation Team Leaders
to lead regional activation teams across our key markets. The successful candidates will be
responsible for planning, coordinating and supervising brand activation activities across
General Trade (GT) and Modern Trade (MT) channels, driving sales growth, strengthening
brand visibility and ensuring excellence in execution while leading high-performing field
teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, schedule and motivate a team of Brand Activators to deliver weekly GT and MT execution plans across assigned regions.
- Plan activation routes and outlet coverage to maximize market reach and ensure successful execution of market activations, demonstrations and sampling activities.
- Drive achievement of regional performance targets, including outlet coverage, sampling conversion, sales uplift, basket growth and repeat purchase.
- Ensure correct merchandising, Point of Sale Materials (POSM) placement and brand visibility standards across GT and MT outlets.
- Manage activation equipment, promotional materials and other utilities within the
- assigned regional budget.
- Liaise with retailers, market authorities and county offices to secure permits, licences and access required for activation activities.
- Consolidate and submit accurate daily, weekly and monthly reports on activities, sales performance, market feedback and competitor intelligence.
- Monitor team conduct, grooming, hygiene, safety standards and overall brand representation, addressing any gaps promptly.
- Provide market insights and recommendations to the Marketing Manager to improve activation effectiveness and business performance.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration or a
- At least 2-3 years’ experience in FMCG field sales, trade marketing or brand related field.

- Proven track record of achieving sales, distribution or activation targets.
- Proficiency in reporting and data management tools, including smartphone
- applications, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
- A valid driving licence will be an added advantage.
