Galaxy Resort Kitengela is recruiting hospitality professionals across multiple departments to strengthen its team. The resort operates in Kenya and seeks individuals with formal training and practical experience in customer-facing and operational roles within the hospitality sector.

The positions available span front-of-house guest relations, food and beverage service, bar operations, and management oversight. Each role directly supports the resort’s capacity to deliver consistent service standards and maintain operational efficiency across accommodation, dining, and beverage functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, spirits, and other beverages according to established recipes and guest preferences.
• Operate bar systems, POS terminals, and manage cash transactions accurately.
• Maintain bar inventory, cleanliness, and adherence to bar operations procedures.
• Deliver professional customer service and product knowledge to all patrons

Qualifications & Experience

• Formal qualification in Hospitality Management, Bartending, or a related field (Certificate to Degree level depending on role).
• Documented work experience in hotels, resorts, restaurants, or similar establishments (1–5 years depending on position level).
• Strong  communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with guests and team members.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and shifts.
• Competence in customer service delivery and complaint resolution.
• For management and bar roles: demonstrated experience with budgeting, stock control, POS systems, and beverage operations.
