Role Profile

The Assistant Fraud Officer is responsible for investigating fraud-related cases and managing overall recovery of Solar Panda devices. The position is a full-time position reporting to the Fraud Officer.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Investigate and collect information on fraud-related activity within the business and report/ advise senior management.
• Investigate and recover missing devices from the field.
• Liaise with the Field Sales Team to identify fraudulent cases and follow them up.
• Liaise with different law enforcement agents to validate information on reported fraud cases reported.
• Serve as a witness in legal cases that arise on behalf of the company.
• Prepare regular reports from the field on fraud-related activities and escalate to senior management.
• Investigate and ascertain background information on suspects or witnesses.
• Carry out investigations on damaged items reported after stock takes.
• Educate staff on fraud and its impact on the business.

Academic Qualification & Work Experience

Personal Attributes

• Can accept working in Homa Bay or Migori.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Good planning and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
• High level of integrity and confidentiality
