Our client is a professional supplier and leader of dairy ingredients, processing & testing equipment for milk and dairy products. They seek to hire an experienced Warehouse and Logistics Officer who will execution of warehouse activities.

Responsibilities
- Accurate Tallying of goods in and out of the warehouse
- Accurate check of documents for goods coming in and out of the warehouse
- Accurate and prompt update on bin cards and the stock movement report
- Oversee the warehouse picking and stacking process by the warehouse casuals
- Conduct the daily cycle counts, wall to wall counts as guided by the warehouse supervisor
- Be the trustee for gate keeping ensuring safety of company assets
- Inspect trucks before and after offloading while ensuring safety aspects as per the truck inspection checklist
- Complete loading and offloading documents i.e. Tally sheets, Job cards, release instructions, offloading report and Truck inspection checklists
- Escalate and report immediately for any suspicious activities in the warehouse
- Be a team player for optimum results
- Observe speed during loading and offloading to ensure accurate and high turnaround of trucks
- Ensure compliance to warehouse safety and housekeeping standards.
- Keep track of quality, quantity, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
- Coordinate with accounts team and audit for stock taking & stock reconciliation, manage stock control and reconcile with the system.
- Regular layout review and ensure efficient space utilization.
- Plan and execute all warehouse activities as guided by warehouse supervisor
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
- 2 years’ experience in a busy warehouse environment
- Accounting professional course will be an added advantage
- Skills: Microsoft office skills, Communication skills, Problem solving skills, Inventory management skills
- Good understanding of warehousing principles and procedures.
- Experience in stock control and dispatch planning.
- Clear understanding and experience in environmental health and safety procedures
- High energy, aggressive and enthusiasm with ability to lead and influence
