General Purpose
Our client, in the food manufacturing industry is looking to hire a Van Sales Rep (HORECA) to be responsible for driving sales growth and product visibility within the HORECA sector by delivering products directly to customers, building strong client relationships, and ensuring consistent service excellence through efficient van sales operations.
Location: Nairobi – Jogoo Road | Salary: Ksh. 50,000 – 60,000 (gross)

Duties & Responsibilities
- Van selling – Availability of full range brands in Hotel, Restaurants, bakeries, institutions through distributors / Company New product listing
- Visibility of products by ensuring products communication materials are applied/displayed in the outlets visited.
- Promotions – Development of volume driven offers; create product demand within the territory.
- Market Intelligence /survey – Provide comparative pricing surveys, promotions, offers and new competing products.
- Relationship management in Trade; Educate clients on new products, and offerings.
- Visit assigned routes/customers daily to fulfill sales and delivery.
Requirements & Qualifications
- A degree /Diploma in sales or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Van Selling FMCG products.
- Valid Driving Licence
- Good Negotiation skills & good relationship with customers
- Travel Flexibility
- Good knowledge of local HORECA market
