Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site role located in Mombasa/Nairobi for a Travel Designer / Reservations Consultant.
- The Travel Designer / Reservations Consultant will be responsible for creating personalized travel itineraries, managing travel arrangements, handling reservations, and providing top-notch customer service.
- The role involves liaising with clients to understand their travel preferences, offering expert travel advice, and ensuring seamless travel experiences. Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills are crucial for this position.
Qualifications
- Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and Travel Arrangements skills
- Customer Service and Reservations skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
- Experience in the travel and tourism industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or related field
