Travel Consultant Job
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Respond to client enquiries and convert them into bookings
- Book flights, accommodation, transfers, and other travel services
- Advise on visa, health, and travel requirements
- Issue tickets accurately using GDS (Amadeus, or Galileo)
- Keep client records updated and monitor bookings for changes
- Send timely invoices and report
What you should have :
- Excellent communication and customer service skill
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Certification in IATA courses is a MUST
- Practical experience with GDS systems
- At least 3 years in a similar travel role
