Responsibilities
- You handle new customer requests, make follow-up calls and adapt travel routes.
- You work with customers in their native language.
- Together with your customers you create travel programs according to their wishes – our software system will support you in doing so.
- You work with our teams in Kenya, Tanzania and Uganda as well as the reservations team for hotel bookings.
- You work remote but you live in Africa, in the same or a similar time zone as East Africa (GMT +3).
Qualifications
- You can speak and write well in English and perfectly in your native language.
- You have strong and friendly communication skills.
- You have general computer skills and you are a fast typer with your 10 fingers.
- You have good time and task management skills.
- You have a great sense of responsibility and a commercial attitude.
- You can work well on your own but also within the team.
- You are flexible – sometimes a client call needs to be made in the evening for example.
