Cascade Tours and Travel is a leading travel and tour company dedicated to delivering unforgettable experiences for our clients. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Travel Agent Manager to lead our team and oversee daily operations
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise travel agents, ensuring excellent customer service and high performance.
- Oversee the planning, booking, and execution of travel packages, tours, and itineraries, and design tour packages (local and international).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners.
- Monitor market trends and develop strategies to boost sales and improve service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and travel guidelines.
- Prepare sales reports, budgets, and performance analyses.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Travel & Tourism, or a related field, and/ or Diploma in Tourism Management
- At least 2-5 years of experience as a Travel Agent Manager, Travel Consultant, or similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of travel booking systems, GDS (Global Distribution System) platforms, and industry regulations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
- Passion for travel and creating memorable experiences
