Qualification
- Minimum of a Diploma qualification in Food & Beverage Production and Service
Duties and Responsibilities of the Trainers:
- Undertaking training in areas of specialization in accordance with the syllabus
- Preparing teaching/learning materials and schemes of work
- Setting and marking examination/assignment
- Supervision of trainees on attachment
- Instructing, guiding and evaluation of trainees in practical exercises
- Reporting progress and overall performance of individual trainees
- Participating in development of curriculum and training programmes
- Undertaking/ carrying out research work under the guidance and supervision of a senior trainer
Other Requirements/Qualifications
- Background training in competency-based education (CВЕT)
- Background with a certificate in Pedagogy training
- Technical and Vocational Education and Training Authority (TVETA)
- Registration with relevant professional bodies where applicable will be an added advantage
