Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Tours & Travel Consultant based in Eldoret. The Tours & Travel Consultant will be responsible for organizing and guiding tours, providing exceptional customer service, and consulting with clients to create personalized travel experiences. Tasks include planning travel itineraries, booking travel arrangements, handling customer inquiries, and resolving any travel-related issues.
Qualifications
- Skilled in Guided Tours and Travel Consulting
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Knowledge of Travel & Tourism industry
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in local and regional geography
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the tourism industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field
