  • Design flexible, tailor-made travel packages and bespoke departure packs for diverse clients.
  • Organize and arrange adventure travel experiences across East Africa, including safaris, cultural experiences, and off-the-beaten-path journeys.
  • Identify gaps in our current offerings and generate innovative ideas to enhance trip design and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing team to develop promotional content across platforms such as TripAdvisor, Google and blog articles.
  • Track and manage incoming travel enquiries alongside the sales team, ensuring clients feel supported and well-informed.
  • Maintain professional relationships with suppliers, guides, and service providers to ensure high-quality delivery of experiences.
  • Apply effective sales processes to maximize lead conversion while maintaining an exceptional guest journey.
  • Monitor and report on sales activities, trends, and market opportunities.

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a competitive travel-related organization.
  • A diploma or degree in Tourism, Travel Operations, Hospitality, or a related discipline.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to create engaging and personalized travel itineraries.
  • Tech-savvy with a good command of Microsoft Office and travel booking tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A collaborative spirit with a positive and proactive mindset.
  • A passion for adventure travel, African destinations, wildlife, and conservation.
