Job Purpose
To provide technical support in the operating theatre by preparing, maintaining, and handling surgical instruments, equipment, and supplies, ensuring transportation of patients, equipment’s and instruments to and from theatre/Central Sterilization Unit at Jaramogi Oginga Odinga Teaching & Referral Hospital, in accordance with established clinical guidelines.

Duration: One (1) Year Contract
Person Specifications
- Diploma or Certificate in Theatre Technician, Operating Room Technician, or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Registration or certification with relevant professional body, if applicable.
- At least one (1) year relevant experience in a surgical theatre environment is an added advantage.
- Demonstrated competence in handling surgical instruments, equipment, and supplies.
- Proficiency in computer applications skills.
