Territory Supervisor Job

A leading manufacturing company within the Alcohol and Tobacco Industry is looking to hire a Territory Supervisor.

To achieve the company’s Sales (volume and Distribution) and Point of Sales (POS) visibility objectives in the assigned territory and to expand business frontier in untapped areas.

  • Drive and MUST achieve the territory Sales team to achieve targets/objectives (volume and value) and Customer Relationship expectations
  • Territory Business development /Expansion drive
  • Identifying business opportunities and prospecting for new Accounts based on commercial viability in designated areas. Support trade and consumer engagement activities.
  • Creating and managing the Territory trade network.
  • Ensure brand visibility at all covered POS in the territory.
  • Managing wholesale volumes and stock & reconciliations
  • Team time reporting, Coaching and Field Accompaniment- Regular Trade visits- Minimum 80% of time in the market
  • Account for and ensure proper deployment and maintenance of all POSM (Point-of-Sale Material) allocated

Qualifications and skills required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Marketing
  • Territory Sales Management experience for 4 to 5 years in FMCG, same industry.
  • Previous experience in Field management or a similar role.
  • Leadership skills and ability to motivate and manage a team and deliver sales targets
  • Ability to analyze data and make decisions based on results.
  • MUST have a valid driving license and can drive a car
