We’re looking for a true hunter who loves being in the field—finding properties, uncovering pain points, running demos/trials, negotiating, and closing recurring supply.

What you’ll do

  • Prospect and win new hotels & institutions
  • Identify operational pain points (housekeeping, laundry, kitchen, procurement) and propose solutions
  • Run product demos + structured trials, then convert to monthly supply agreements
  • Negotiate pricing & terms, onboard accounts, and expand product range penetration
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders: GM, Procurement, Executive Housekeeper, Laundry Manager, Chef, Finance

What we’re looking for

  • Proven B2B field sales / business development experience (HORECA/institutions is a plus)
  • Strong presentation + negotiation skills (you can sell value, not just price)
  • Self-driven: you can own a zone, plan routes, follow up hard, and close
  • Comfortable running multiple trials and tracking pipeline/reporting
