What you’ll do
- Prospect and win new hotels & institutions
- Identify operational pain points (housekeeping, laundry, kitchen, procurement) and propose solutions
- Run product demos + structured trials, then convert to monthly supply agreements
- Negotiate pricing & terms, onboard accounts, and expand product range penetration
- Build relationships with key stakeholders: GM, Procurement, Executive Housekeeper, Laundry Manager, Chef, Finance
What we’re looking for
- Proven B2B field sales / business development experience (HORECA/institutions is a plus)
- Strong presentation + negotiation skills (you can sell value, not just price)
- Self-driven: you can own a zone, plan routes, follow up hard, and close
- Comfortable running multiple trials and tracking pipeline/reporting
