At PwC, our people in business application consulting specialise in consulting services for a variety of business applications, helping clients optimise operational efficiency. These individuals analyse client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives.
As a business application consulting generalist at PwC, you will provide consulting services for a wide range of business applications. You will leverage a broad understanding of various software solutions to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency through analysis, implementation, training, and support.
Key Responsibilities
- As a Manager, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy through to execution.
- Assist in the management and delivery of large projects
- Lead teams of experienced Senior Associates and Associates to solve client problems.
- Communicate with team members and clients and work well in inclusive teams to deliver value for our clients.
- Business development through relationship building in the market, opportunities identification and providing sound advice through engagement management.
- Support team members in completing the assigned engagement or project by coordinating the implementation of the agreed-upon deliverables.
- Review your work and that of your team for quality, accuracy and relevance.
- Use straightforward communication, in a structured way, when influencing and connecting with others.
- Ability to read situations and modify behavior to build quality relationships.
Uphold the firm’s code of ethics and business conduct. - Team development and growth: regularly offers knowledge and skills to team members and clients.
Qualifications
- 6+ years’ work experience in technology consulting/project management/ enterprise architecture/cloud consulting/artificial intelligence
