Education qualification:
- A minimum of a master’s degree in strategic management, human resource management, public policy, public administration, law or a related social science field.
General experience:
- A minimum of five (5) years of relevant general and practical experience and demonstrate knowledge and good understanding in strategic management or human resource management, or related fields in the public service.
Specific experience:
A minimum of five (5) years of proven experience working with the public sector in the following sub-areas:
- Strategic management
- Human resource and performance management
- Participation of and advocacy for involvement of socially excluded groups in development processes
- Institutional change management
- Project and program management.
Benefits:
- Gross salary Kes 400,000 per month
- Return ticket twice per year
- Housing and transport provided in the host country
- Leave days etc.
Project duration:
24 months

South Sudan
