Our client in the security Industry is seeking to recruit a Technical Supervisor responsible for overseeing the installation, servicing, and maintenance of electronic security systems such as CCTV, access control, and alarm systems.

  • Ensure security systems (e.g., CCTV, alarms, access control) are installed to agreed specifications and standards, delivering trouble-free, client-approved outcomes.
  • Oversee proactive and reactive maintenance services, ensuring all activities are carried out as per the agreed schedules and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Enforce adherence to company and industry standards during installation, servicing, and maintenance of security systems
  • Monitor installations for up to 3 months post-completion through regular checks and supervisor feedback, and provide detailed status reports to management.
  • Promote and uphold a high- quality, service-oriented image of the company through professional conduct and customer interactions.
  • Identify inefficiencies or gaps in service delivery or product performance and support the development and implementation of improvement solutions.
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives for systems, processes, and services—both within the company and in collaboration with clients.
  • Create and maintain a positive, supportive work environment that fosters teamwork, collaboration, and skill development during assigned shifts
  • Provide constructive feedback to team members and management, and recommend training, motivation, and knowledge-sharing strategies to enhance team performance.
  • Manage technical escalations promptly, ensuring clear communication with both management and clients on issues and resolution status.
  • Respond to and resolve system or application-related problems during peak operational times, minimizing downtime and client impact.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, ICT, or a related technical field.
  • Working knowledge of multiple security functions and security-driven technology solutions.
  • A minimum of five years’ experience in the electronics field.
  • Working knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods.
  • Working knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices.
  • Enthusiastic and committed approach with a track- record of building strong, trusted base relationships with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.
  • A sound working knowledge of security best practices and legislation affecting the security role.
  • Strong management and leadership skills together with excellent communication skills.
  • A very good knowledge of technology-driven security solutions as well as a willingness to continually upgrade that knowledge.
