Key Responsibilities
- Conduct baseline mapping and risk assessments of existing rural supply chains for natural materials
- Design and implement traceability systems connecting smallholders and cooperatives to responsible buyers.
- Introduce regenerative agricultural and livestock practices that improve soil health and reduce emissions.
- Strengthen local organizations’ technical capacity and governance.
- Align field implementation with recognized standards and certification frameworks
- Document results and produce case studies showcasing community and environmental impact.
Candidate Profile
- 8 – 12 years’ applied experience in sustainable sourcing, agricultural value chains, or ethical trade.
- Technical expertise in regenerative agriculture, natural-fiber production, or supply-chain traceability.
- Demonstrated field experience in Southeast Asia or Africa.
- Strong analytical, data-management, and stakeholder-engagement skills.
- Degree in agriculture, environmental science, or supply-chain management; advanced degree preferred
Compensation: Competitive
