Our client operates in the paint, coatings, and adhesive manufacturing sector. The company focuses on delivering high-quality products while growing its market share through effective sales, marketing, and customer relationship management.

The Technical Sales Executive will be responsible for driving the company’s sales, marketing, and customer relations initiatives. The incumbent will be tasked with achieving the company’s sales targets and business goals while upholding the highest standards of integrity, accountability, and ethical conduct.

  • Lead the sales and marketing function within the organization.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies, identifying opportunities to acquire new business.
  • Achieve agreed sales targets and KPIs consistently.
  • Build and maintain strong business relationships with key customers, ensuring strategic alignment and high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Address customer complaints and coordinate resolutions with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Produce timely and detailed reports for ongoing review and decision-making.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales within an epoxy, coatings, or related industry, with a proven track record of building a sales portfolio.
  • Strong business operational skills, capable of managing both field and office operations.
  • Ability to set performance standards and monitor business improvements.
  • Excellent interpersonal and people management skills, with the ability to achieve results through others.
  • Strong selling, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with sound decision-making abilities.
  • Diplomacy and professionalism in managing customer relations.
  • Results-oriented, detail-focused, and committed to follow-up and execution.
