Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist located in Emali. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating hiring processes, and implementing strategies to attract top talent. Additional tasks include collaborating with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs, enhancing employer branding efforts, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting processes
Strong skills in Interviewing and Hiring
Experience in Employer Branding strategy implementation
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and hiring managers
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms is a plus
