Qualifications
- Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting processes
- Strong skills in Interviewing and Hiring
- Experience in Employer Branding strategy implementation
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and hiring managers
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms is a plus
