Job Purpose Statement
To design and implement fitness programs that enhance players’ physical performance, reduce injury risks, and support peak conditioning for training and competition.
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree/Diploma/Certificate in Sports Science, Exercise Physiology, or related field.
- Certification in Strength & Conditioning (mandatory).
- Minimum 5 years’ experience with youth or elite athletes.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Knowledge of sports performance science.
- Program design and monitoring.
- Motivational and instructional skills.
- Collaboration with coaching and medical staff.
