The Stock Controller will manage inventory levels, maintain accurate records, and ensure the hotel has sufficient supplies for smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor inventory levels and request replenishments when necessary
- Receive and inspect goods upon delivery to ensure accuracy and quality
- Record and track all incoming and outgoing stock
- Conduct regular stock takes and reconcile with inventory records
- Maintain stockrooms in an organized and secure manner
- Collaborate with procurement and department heads to manage inventory efficiently
- Identify and report stock discrepancies or potential losses
