We’re looking for a dynamic Spa Manager to lead our Bamboo Ocean Spa and oversee wellness and fitness operations including the Uzima Health and Fitness Gym at PrideInn Paradise Beach Resort and Spa.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of Bamboo Ocean Spa and Uzima Health and Fitness Gym
• Develop and implement innovative wellness programs and fitness initiatives to enhance guest experiences
• Lead, motivate, and train the spa and fitness team to deliver top-tier service
• Coordinate with internal and external wellness professionals for class scheduling and training plans
• Create attractive wellness, spa, and fitness packages and promotions
• Manage budgets, inventory, and staffing needs
• Monitor client satisfaction and continuously improve the guest journey
• Ensure strict adherence to safety and hygiene protocols across spa and gym facilities

Requirements:

• Higher diploma in spa management or degree in business management
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in spa and fitness operations
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• In-depth knowledge of spa therapies, massage techniques, wellness trends, and fitness programs
• Proven track record in leading diverse teams and achieving revenue target
