  • Develop Marketing Strategies: Collaborate with the Sales and Procurement Manager to develop comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
  • Product Promotion: Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote various home appliances, including refrigerators, washing machines, air conditioners, kitchen appliances, phones, laptops and computers etc.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for product improvement. Use insights to inform marketing strategies and product development.
  • Digital Marketing: Manage digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing and online advertising to reach target audiences and drive engagement.
  • Content Creation: Create compelling and relevant content for marketing materials, including product descriptions, blog posts, social media posts and website content.
  • Advertising and Promotion: Coordinate advertising campaigns, both online and offline, including print ads, radio spots, TV commercials and sponsored events.
  • Brand Management: Ensure consistent branding across all marketing materials and communications to maintain a strong brand identity and enhance brand recognition.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product Development and Customer Service, to ensure alignment and integration of marketing activities with overall business objectives.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, using key metrics and analytic tools to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Budget Management: Assist in managing the marketing budget, tracking expenses and optimizing spending to maximize ROI.
  • E-Commerce Platform Management: Manage and update the company’s E-Commerce platform, ensuring accurate product listings, engaging visuals, competitive pricing and seamless user experience to drive online sales.
  • Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Digital Media or a related field.
  • Strong grasp of digital tools, analytics and online marketing platforms.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and content creation skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • A team player with initiative and creativity.
