  • Lead the creative process for all brand and marketing materials, including digital, print, and social media assets.
  • Develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.
  • Work within the marketing team to conceptualize and execute innovative campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
  • Create visually appealing and on-brand graphics, layouts, and designs for websites, social media, email marketing, print collateral, and more.
  • Initiate all stages of design, from concept to production, ensuring high-quality results that meet project goals.
  • Manage any outside designers, providing guidance, feedback, and support to enhance team creativity and performance.
  • Social Media Management: Ensure brand consistency in all social media communications and marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor brand performance and ensure that all creative assets are aligned with the company’s mission, vision, and values.
  • Ensure customer feedback is up to data/timely
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes to keep the brand’s design strategies fresh and relevant.
  • Propose new and innovative design solutions to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
  • Oversee multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
  • Work with the relevant teams to prioritize projects based on business needs and goals

  • Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, Communications, or related field from a recognized institution
  • Minimum 3+ years in graphic design and social media management
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro), Canva Pro
  • Expertise in social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, X) with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Hootsuite.
  • Strong understanding of Kenyan digital trends multilingual content, and culturally resonant visuals.
