Our client is a start-up recruitment placement agency looking for a dedicated and versatile Social Media Executive with a strong emphasis on brand development and content creation. As a Social Media Executive, you will be at the forefront of building and executing our brand’s social media strategy. You will be responsible for creating engaging content, developing a distinct brand voice and controlling and managing digital presence as well as providing technical support to our employees

Responsibilities

Social Media Management

• Operating and managing our social media accounts
• Posting content regularly and interacting with our community
• Monitoring and accounting of budgets for social media and Google Ads

Content Management

• Creating engaging content for our website and social media channels in consultation with marketing officers
• Creation and maintenance of our websites

Technical support

• User support for our employees with IT questions and problems
• Set up and manage email accounts
• Setting up and configuring software solutions

IT-Administration

• Create and maintain work instructions for IT applications
• Ensuring IT security and data protection compliance

Typical IT activities

• Perform regular backups and data recovery
• Monitoring and management of network and server systems
• Install and update hardware and software
• Fault diagnosis and troubleshooting of technical problems
• Training of employees in the use of IT systems and applications

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT or a related field
• Proven working experience in social media marketing
• Several years of professional experience in a similar position, ideally in a start-up environment
• In-depth knowledge of managing social media accounts and creating online content
• Experience in user support and IT administration
• Knowledge of IT security and data protection
• High level of initiative, a sense of responsibility and a structured way of working
• Good communication skills and team spirit
