Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the company’s presence on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and TikTok
- Develop engaging content across formats (text, visuals, video) that reflects the brand voice
- Craft and distribute company newsletters to key audiences
- Stay current with trends in digital marketing, construction, and real estate
- Collaborate with internal teams and creative partners to execute campaigns
- Analyze performance data and optimize content strategy accordingly
Qualifications
- A background in Marketing, Communications, or Digital Media
- Hands-on experience managing professional social media accounts
- Excellent content creation and storytelling abilities
- Familiarity with tools for social media analytics, scheduling, and content design
- A proactive, adaptable mindset with attention to detail
