Key Activities
- Leads all aspects of all commercial marketing BTL planning and delivery of programs for Trade Marketing commercialization
- Delivers “fewer, bigger, better” brand activations that truly impact the brand performance to grow share and deliver financial and consumer imperatives
- Collaborates with brand, wider Trade marketing and sales-field marketing organization to deliver brand BTL execution.
- Provides critical input to commercial (BPM) and brand reviews (QBP’s) and Brand Board Sessions – leading commercial course correction were vital.

Qualifications and Experience Required

- Graduate Qualification
- High cognitive ability
Experience
- Strong customer marketing (sales capabilities/ trade marketing/ Key Accounts) (> 3 years)
- Great performance track record and strong customer relationships
- High level of understanding and experience of customer & Consumer engagement and project management (Plan-Execute & Measure)
