Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers, provide product information, and assist in making purchasing decisions.
- Handle cash transactions, operate POS systems, and maintain accurate sales records.
- Ensure shelves are well-stocked, neatly arranged, and products are clearly priced.
- Monitor inventory levels and report low stock to the supervisor.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop at all times.
- Travel to and work in remote retail locations as required.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in any field (Sales, Business, or related discipline is a plus).
- Prior experience in retail sales or customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Ability to work in remote areas and adapt to different environments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic numeracy skills for handling cash and sales records.
- Flexibility to work in different shop locations as needed.
- Self-motivated, honest, and reliable.
