About the Role:

This is a senior, hands-on role where you will be responsible for defining and executing comprehensive SEO strategies to achieve significant and sustainable organic traffic growth. You’ll work closely with our Digital Marketing, Product, Tech, and Brand teams to embed SEO best practices across all digital touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Own the end-to-end SEO roadmap, from conceptualization to performance analysis.
• Conduct technical SEO audits and implement recommendations related to site architecture, Core Web Vitals, page speed, mobile optimization, crawlability, and indexability.
• Lead in-depth keyword research and competitive analysis to inform content strategy.
• Develop and implement on-page optimization strategies, including content optimization, meta-data refinement, internal linking, and image optimization.
• Develop and oversee a robust off-page SEO strategy focused on acquiring high-quality backlinks.
• Establish and oversee comprehensive SEO reporting dashboards, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Act as the primary SEO subject matter expert, collaborating cross-functionally to integrate SEO best practices.
• Stay at the forefront of search engine trends, algorithm updates, and emerging SEO innovations.

Key Measures of Success:

Your performance will be evaluated based on:

• Significant increase in organic traffic (month-over-month and year-over-year).
• Measurable improvement in rankings for priority keywords (focus on top 3 and top 10).
• Growth in organic-driven conversions aligned with business goals.
• Tangible improvements in technical SEO health (Core Web Vitals, site errors, crawl efficiency).
• Growth in organic impressions, click-through rates (CTR), and traffic for new and optimized content.
• Increase in quality backlinks and overall domain authority.
• Timely and effective execution of SEO projects with clear tracking and reporting.
• Successful SEO integration and influence within different teams.

Requirements

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of proven experience in SEO, with at least 2+ years in a strategic or leadership role.
• Hands-on experience with industry-standard SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript and their direct impact on SEO.
• Deep technical SEO expertise covering site structure, schema implementation, server-side optimization, and more.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
• Ability to think strategically and translate opportunities into actionable SEO plans.
• A process-driven individual with high critical thinking and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts clearly.
• A results-oriented individual with strong leadership and collaborative team-playing abilities.
• A general interest in sports betting is a plus.
