The Opportunity
Project Architect / Project Lead
We are seeking an experienced Project Architect to lead project delivery from concept through construction administration. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage client relationships, and ensure design excellence across our diverse portfolio while overseeing drawing set production and technical coordination.

Key Requirements
- Professional architecture registration (BORAQS)
- 2+ years of project leadership experience
- Expert proficiency in Revit Architecture (essential)
- AutoCAD knowledge strongly preferred
- Proven ability to manage design and production teams toward deadlines
- Strong understanding of building codes, construction methodology, and materials
- Excellent client-facing and consultant coordination abilities
- Experience in construction document preparation, specifications, and site administration
Responsibilities
- Lead projects from concept design through construction administration
- Coordinate with clients and multiple consultant disciplines
- Oversee the preparation of schematic design, design development, and construction documents
- Manage project specifications and technical documentation
- Conduct site observation visits and attend construction meetings
- Ensure code compliance and quality control throughout project delivery
- Report to Studio Director on project progress and staffing needs
