Senior Procurement Officer Job Victory Farms

Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic sourcing initiatives to optimize cost, quality, and delivery outcomes.
- Manage and develop relationships with both local and international suppliers.
- Negotiate contracts and drive commercial value across procurement categories.
- Oversee the end-to-end procurement process, from RFQ to delivery.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate import processes, including documentation and logistics.
- Monitor supplier performance and implement continuous improvements.
- Support budgeting, cost analysis, and reporting.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 5–8 years of relevant procurement experience, with exposure to international sourcing.
- Professional certification (CIPS/KISM)will be an added advantage.
- Strong negotiation skill and effective supplier relationship management.
- Proven experience in import processes and regulatory compliance.
- High level of integrity, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
