Qualifications

• Bachelor of Commerce degree (Accounting/Finance option), Auditing, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration (Accounting or Finance Option) or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution;
• Membership to Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK) or relevant professional body;
• Membership to Institute of Internal Auditors Kenya.
• A current Good Conduct Certificate.

Key Responsibilities

• Development, review and implementation of internal audit policies, program and strategies;
• Development of risk assessment and management guidelines and strategies;
• Undertake reviews of internal control systems;
• Liaise with external auditors;
• Implementation of audit plans, programs and schedules;
• Conduct internal audit and Maintain audit records; ;
• Promotion of the adoption of best operating audit system;
• Provision of advice on quality management systems;
