Our client is seeking to hire a Senior ERP Engineer who will be responsible for providing consultancy, through quality implementation and delivery of Microsoft Dynamics Nav Products and Services. Train end-users on hardware functionality and software programs, and perform the monitoring of the system.

Innovate new products and recommend improvements on the existing software solutions and processes.

Responsible for the Capacity Building of other engineers

Key Responsibilities

• Creating / Developing Dynamic Nav and other enterprise solutions.
• Integrating Enterprise Application to Other systems within or outside the enterprise.
• Ensuring Enterprise Applications are up-to-date.
• Architectural improvements -Innovate new products and recommend improvements on the existing software solutions and processes.
• Train and mentor junior team on all aspects of the software development lifecycle.
• Ensure there are continuous releases at the end of each sprint.
• Translate documented business requirements into functional and non-functional technical requirements for implementation.
• Supporting enterprise Application client
• Formulating System Processes based on client requirements
• Managing client data with efficiency and professionalism during immigration.
• Advising clients on the best practices in the financial industry.
• Training Users on the functionality of the enterprise application
• Ensuring enterprise applications are protected against fraud.
• Constant improvement of the existing application to keep up with growing client needs
• Provide expertise in both technical and non-technical Nav processes when needed
• Controlled Sharing of Enterprise code in protection of the company’s intellectual Property
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Minimal system bugs and errors.
• High customer satisfaction ratings
• Timely and efficient delivery of quality products within agreed timelines.
• Full resolution of customer-reported issues (100% closure rate).
• Consistent adherence to project plans.
• Strong leadership, planning, and positive team engagement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• At least 3 years of Dynamic Nav consultancy experience
• Proof of having implemented/worked on Nav/Business Central
• Strong knowledge in Dynamic Nav 2009, 2013,2015, 2016 , business central etc.
• Experience in pre-sales demonstrations and solution presentations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and solution-design skills.
• Solid experience in software development and continuous improvement of ERP applications.
• Proficiency in debugging, logging, and performance optimization tools.
• Strong database knowledge (MySQL, Oracle) – design, implementation, and optimization.
• Experience in software monitoring and performance tooling (e.g., caching strategies).
• Working knowledge of Linux (configuration, installation, administration).
• Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is an added advantage.
• Ability to prepare technical documentation, requirements, and specifications.
• Strong communication and collaborative teamwork skills.
• Outstanding all-round communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
