Duties and responsibilities at this level will entail:
- Preparing service contracts and service level agreements for outsourced services;
- Forecasting needs for equipment and facilities;
- Ensuring prompt payments in respect of all outsources services;
- Facilitating staff functions;
- Preparing inventory of the assets (vehicles, office equipment and furniture);
- Allocating office space;
- Supervising office partitioning and fittings;
- Facilitating renewal of lease for office space;
- Receiving and reviewing invoices in respect of administrative services; and
- Supervising outsourced services.

Person Specifications
For appointment to this grade, an officer must have: –
- Served for a minimum period of four (4) years
- Bachelor’s degree in any of the following disciplines: – Public/Business Administration, Transport and Logistics, Political Science, Sociology or equivalent qualifications from a recognized institution;
- Certificate in Supervisory course lasting not less than two (2) weeks from a recognized institution;
- Proficiency in computer applications;
- Fulfilled the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution; and
- Shown merit and ability as reflected in work performance and results.

- Clearance from the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC).
- Clearance from the Higher Education Loans Board (HELB).
- Credit Reference Bureau (CRB) clearance report.
- Valid Certificate of Good Conduct from the Directorate of Criminal Investigations.
