needs, and building resilience among learners.
The program introduces structured peer-led psychosocial support to
complement school guidance systems and improve student wellbeing
outcomes.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work
- Training in Mental Health & Psychosocial Support (MHPSS)
- Registration with relevant professional body
- 3-5 years experience in mental health or school-based programs
Key Skills and Competencies
- Strong counseling and communication skills
- Strong community engagement skills
- Experience working with children and adolescents
- Ability to manage safeguarding and ethical issues
- Strong facilitation and training skills
- Teamwork and cultural sensitivity
