Sanitary Product Quality Inspector Job. Quality Control Jobs In Kenya
Job responsibilities:
- Product quality inspection, timely feedback to the operator to adjust if abnormal, trace and isolate unqualified products and report to the QC team leader and keep records.
- Check the appearance quality of at least 1 piece of product every 1 minute.
- Check the weight of at least 10 pieces of products every 10 minutes.
- Tear open 1 piece of product every 30 minutes to check the bonding effect of the ear sticker hook, the bonding effect of the ear sticker and non-woven fabric, the buckle effect of the ear sticker and the front waist sticker, check the three-dimensional guard edge sealing strength (wire glue bonding effect), and the cotton core wrapping status.
- Test the distribution of polymers and wood pulp
- If the product quality problem is not adjusted and qualified within 7 minutes, report it to the inspection in time.
- Fill in the inspection record form as required to record the production problems of the day.
Qualifications:
- Have a Diploma or bachelor’s degree in related field.
- Work experience in peers or quality inspection.
- Willing to operate in either of the day shifts or nightshifts timelines.
