Key Requirements
- Strong understanding of renewable energy concepts, including solar PV systems, inverters, batteries, and energy efficiency
- Ability to explain technical solutions to non-technical clients

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/ERP software

- A valid driver’s license is an added advantage

Qualifications
- Dip/ Bachelor’s Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy or any related fields.
- 2-4 years proven experience in solar energy, electrical systems, or technical solution sales.
- Experience selling installation-based or service-oriented products (not just retail items).
- Familiarity with solar design basics, power backup systems, or energy audits is a strong advantage.
- Prior work in telecom, networking, or security system sales is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell solar power systems, hybrid energy solutions, and backup systems to residential, commercial, and institutional clients.
- Conduct site visits to assess client energy needs and recommend appropriate system configurations.
- Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and presentations in collaboration with the technical team.
- Maintain a pipeline of prospects and track performance through the company’s CRM system.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Coordinate with engineering and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
- Gather market intelligence on competitor activities, pricing, and emerging technologies.
- Represent Fireside Communications at trade shows, client meetings, and community outreach programs.
