Overview
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Team Lead in Microfinance, located in Ngong. The Sales Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the sales team, ensuring sales targets are met, and developing sales strategies. Key responsibilities include managing and motivating the team, providing excellent customer service, analyzing sales data, and maintaining effective communication with team members and clients.
Qualifications
- Team Management skills to effectively lead and motivate a sales team
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
- Proficient Sales skills with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Analytical skills to evaluate sales data and develop strategies
- Experience in the microfinance sector is a plus
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field
