Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales agents/loan officers to achieve monthly sales targets and maintain portfolio quality.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the civil servant segment.
- Performance Monitoring: Regularly assess team performance, providing coaching and support to ensure targets are met.
- Compliance Oversight: Ensure all loan applications and processes adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Client Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing or related field.
Experience: Minimum 3 years sales management experience.
Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management
- Proficiency in sales analytics and reporting tools
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Deep understanding of loan products and the civil servant market segment.
