Key Purpose:
Oversee and manage the sales team. Developing and implementing sales strategies that will aid in sales growth and achieving revenue targets.

Job Description:
- Communicate sales targets appropriately and co-ordinate the implementation of sales programs geared to achievement of set business targets.
- Recommend for the recruitment of distributors/SSD’s/Wholesalers and enforce the set DOSA standards.
- Supervise all on ground marketing activities, monitor company assets and ensure timely generation and action on performance reports including RED audit results.
- Supervise and maintain current customer database at distributor level.
- Achieve set volume targets and drive overall growth of the region.
- Support the Route To Market Manager at the distributor level; by training, monitoring and implementation of SOP.
- Monitor competitor activities and recommend responsive local marketing programs.
- Identify opportunities for distributor business growth and advise management on viability.
- Implement management routines in the respective sales areas; including daily sales & route coverage reports.
- Submit reports on sales and marketing activities in the region.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience, preferably in an FMCG industry & as a Sales Team Lead.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in sales & marketing, Business administration, or similar.
